1. Nature of Consultancy
Táplálkozás Nutrition provides educational content and professional dietary consultancy services. The term "Services" encompasses all digital content, online video consultations, personalized nutritional blueprints, and metabolic audits provided through taplalkozas.io.
As a client, you acknowledge that our advice is based on established clinical nutrition standards and peer-reviewed research. We prioritize metabolic health management through evidence-based dietary interventions. This relationship is consultative; it does not replace the relationship between you and your primary healthcare provider.
The Consultation Framework

3. Booking & Cancellations
Managing the flow of clinical practice requires strict adherence to scheduling protocols to ensure all clients receive focused attention.
Registration & Data Requirements
When booking a Therapeutic Diet Planning session or assessment, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete health data. This includes dietary logs and blood test results where applicable. Failure to provide requested data 72 hours prior to a session may result in rescheduling.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour notice for all cancellations or rescheduling requests. Appointments cancelled within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds for prepaid bundles follow a pro-rata calculation based on services already rendered.
Service Limitations
We do not promote third-party supplements for commission. Any recommendations for biological supplements are purely clinical and neutral. We reserve the right to refuse service if a metabolic condition requires immediate urgent medical intervention beyond the scope of nutritional management.
Integrity of the Agreement
Táplálkozás Nutrition reserves the right to update these terms to reflect changes in regulatory standards or service offerings. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the refined terms.
